Monif Eli Chahla is a Florida and Paris Bar–licensed attorney, distinguished for his expertise in U.S. and French business, private wealth, and immigration law. His French-American legal training gives him a rare dual perspective, enabling him to advise individuals, entrepreneurs, and international families with precision across both legal systems.
A graduate of the University of Poitiers (Master’s 1 and 2 in Business Law – DJCE), Monif pursued his legal education in the United States, earning his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law as a recipient of the highly selective Florida Governor’s Scholarship, a full-tuition, merit-based award recognizing academic excellence.
During his academic career, Monif gained significant experience as a summer associate at an international law firm in its European office, and at a leading private wealth and corporate law firm in Florida. He subsequently practiced as an associate in Florida within a prominent private wealth and corporate practice, where he advised on complex mergers and acquisitions, cross-border private wealth structuring, and immigration matters.
Drawing on his international background in France, the Middle East, and the United States, Monif provides strategic, tailored counsel to clients navigating U.S. immigration and cross-border legal issues—from investor and talent visas to permanent residency, naturalization, and the establishment of French and francophone businesses in the United States.
