Monif Eli Chahla is a dual-licensed attorney admitted in Florida and Paris, with a rare French-American background in U.S. and French business law, private wealth planning, immigration, and cross-border matters. Trained on both sides of the Atlantic, he advises individuals, entrepreneurs, international families, and businesses navigating legal issues between the United States and France.
Monif earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Private Law, followed by Master’s degrees in Business Law from the University of Poitiers, where he completed the prestigious national DJCE program and obtained an Executive Degree in Corporate Legal Counseling. After scoring in the top 4% of test-takers worldwide on the Law School Admission Test, he went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law as a recipient of the highly selective Florida Governor’s Scholarship, a full-tuition, merit-based award recognizing exceptional academic achievement, leadership, and professional promise.
Monif worked as a summer associate at an international law firm in its Luxembourg office, then joined one of Florida’s premier boutique private wealth and corporate law firms in Jacksonville, Florida, first as a summer associate and later as a full-time associate.
Monif then launched Atlantic Bridge Law, an international boutique law firm dedicated to assisting American individuals and businesses with their French legal needs, and French nationals with their U.S. legal needs. Drawing on his background across France, the Middle East, and the United States, he provides strategic counsel on immigration, business formation, private wealth planning, and cross-border legal matters.
